Aspire Sports Lab creates customized training plans for races of all lengths, environments and disciplines. Using a minimalist approach, we believe that less is more utilizing the latest scientific research to perfect our training methods. Programs prepare you for your race by using high intensity interval training, emphasizing technique, and increasing mobility. Athletes now can not only finish a race, but do it in a way what fits in with their schedule, minimizes injury risk, and maximizes performance.
Training plans typically require 4 months of commitment before races. They are fully customized based on your current level of fitness, goals of the race, equipment availability, and time. All plans have detailed workout schedules from the exact exercises and number of reps to preform in the gym to specific interval workouts based on your event.
Coach Sean Spire studied Exercise Science at Florida State University, receiving his B.S. in 2011. He swam competitively with FSU until his passion for fitness lead him to pursue coaching athletes instead of just being one. After having success with one on one training in South Florida, he wanted to greater his reach to help inspire others to reach their fitness goals. Aspire Sports Lab was then born. He is currently certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer, Crossfit Level 1 Coach, and Crossfit Mobility. He currently competes as a runner, obstacle course racer, endurance cyclist, and triathlete.
