Where will I see my training and/or nutrition? After you sign up, you'll receive an e-mail with all the instructions. However, you'll be using a program called TrueCoach to see your workouts, nutrition recommendations, and to communicate with your coach. Will these be personalized for me? Yes! One of the first things we will do is set up your initial consultation to go over goals, injuries, health concerns, equipment you have, and more. Your coach will then create a custom program just for you. How will I contact my coach? You can contact them at any time through the TrueCoach app. Our coaches check their messages at various times during the workday, so you can expect a reply in 3 hours or less. Can I be on both an individualized program for my workouts and also a nutrition program? Yes! Your coach can also hold you accountable to both or you can receive help from multiple Aspire coaches. How do we pay? You will be charged automatically on the same day monthly that you sign up. You can cancel anytime, however it must be at least 7 days before you next payment date for processing.
