Gold Training Plan - 1 month
1 month Training Plan for all levels of athletes that include an online consultation, all endurance and cross training workouts, unlimited email, and unlimited technique analysis.
Programs are e-mailed within one week of online questionnaire being filled out via spreadsheet and include all strength and conditioning workouts, endurance workouts, daily mobility exercises, and technique drills.
Training Program Includes:
-Online questionnaire to assess your current abilities, goals, and time commitment.
-Face to face online consultation
-Program will be reassessed weekly and modified (if needed) based on previous months performance.
-Unlimited E-Mails with Coach
-Unlimited Technique Analysis
